Sokolova went back to train with former coach Viktor Kudriavtsev in fall 2002 after training under Alexei Mishin in |
St. Petersburg. When Sokolova suffered a concussion in summer 2002, she considered quitting skating, but her |
mother convinced her to stay in. In August 2004, Sokolova's car was stolen in Moscow, and with it her bag with |
her skates. Sokolova had to break in new boots. |
